Meridian began in 2009 as a three-person customs brokerage on the Port of Long Beach. The recurring complaint from every client was the same: not the price, not the transit time — the silence. We built the checkpoint network to fix that, and the rest of the business grew around it.

Opened a 180,000 sq ft facility in Memphis, putting overnight air within reach.

Rebuilt tracking around scan events rather than status guesses. On-time accuracy jumped 11 points.

Weekly sailings on 40 trade lanes, integrated into the same tracking timeline.

Our tracking page distinguishes a confirmed scan from an estimate, because a customer planning their day deserves to know which one they are looking at.
Surface problems early
A shipment that misses its ETA is flagged the moment it happens, to you and to us — not quietly re-dated in the hope nobody notices.
Price without games
Published rate card, no onboarding fee, no minimum volume. If a cheaper service level fits your shipment, we will tell you.
The people doing it
Around 1,400 of us work across the network — gate teams, dispatchers, customs analysts, drivers and the small engineering group that builds the console they all use.
We publish salary bands on every role we advertise, pay a genuine premium for night and weekend shifts, and put engineers on gate shifts so the tools get built by people who have watched them be used at 05:00 in a cold warehouse.
